Does anyone know if they sell beer at the TNA Impact tapings?

I'm planning on surpising DH by taking him to a show, and he loves to drink a beer while he's watching wrestling. :drinking1

::yes:: Went Monday 4-28 and they were selling beer. But better bring cash. They don't take plastic there.

BTW when do they do showings of Impact? I'll take time off just to see it :)

Yes.

Keep an eye on these two web pages:

and

Also, be prepared for a long wait in line, whether you have US/IoA tickets or not (you don't have to have tickets to US/IoA to get into Impact). It gets really boring and annoying to wait to get in, but it's worth it IMO. :)

hi can any one tell me how long the wrestling lasts as my other half would love to watch this but me and the kids not so keen so i was wondering if we could look round universal instead and meet him when it has finished thanks

Pretty shore it started@5pm, and lasted till 9pm.But if you want a seat get there early. As far as splitting up It going to depend on park hours for that day.If it does close before TNA lets out, meet up @CW.

Thanks so much donaldduck and BrownDalmatian! DH is going to be a very happy camper!! :goodvibes Good to know about the cash too, we have a bad habit of not carrying too much.

BTW, BrownDalmatian, your dal is absolutely beautiful, I'm sending you a PM! :lovestruc

Ack- donaldduck you're torturing me!! ;)

So, since you're determined to make these last 5 days feel even longer than they already are, any recommendations for the best seats? :thumbsup2

We were on the floor for 2 hrs,its that popular. So get there early.Any seat in the house is better then standing!!

Would like some info. My son wants to go to 5/12 show. Doors open at 5 p.m. What time should we get in line.

:thumbsup2 Rihgt next to Twister isthe entrance to sound stage21(were they do filming for TNA),keep a:ssst: Eye out for the crowds start to build.Maybe you can get a seat...

:thumbsup2 To finish what I tried to say, start looking that way around 4pm.

Well, we made it to the show, and they definitely had beer so DH was happy (and very surprised)! Word of warning though, they only sell one beer per person, so you'll have to take turns to keep your seats if everyone in your group wants one. We stood in line for close to three hours, but it was worth it! :thumbsup2

Take a peek at the view from our seats-

We were front row, but not on the camera side. We didn't really care if we were on TV or not, so as soon as we got in there, we headed to the opposite side from where the crowd was going. We ended up right against the rails (and there are also chairs on that side so I was thrilled that we got to sit down). And Billy Corgan and a couple of other guys from the Smashing Pumpkins were just a few seats down from us! :cool2:
