I've pretty much given up on doing anything but hot tubs unless it's in the heat of the summer, and then I can even get cold unless the sun is up!
Maybe I'm an extreme example, but I wouldn't dare schedule a day at a water park in the winter.
We were watching a movie a couple of nights ago, and a little old lady character said, "I don't understand how I'm fatter than ever but I can be so cold! The wind goes right through me!" My husband started elbowing me.
We always go to the waterparks, even in the winter. We are from the Boston area. We have gone when it was in the 60's. I would pick the warmest day forcasted with the least ammount of wind. Go for it. BB is our favorite.

I was working on Thursday at TL. It was bright and sunny. When I left about 1:00 temp was up to about 68 and we had about 700 guests in the park. There was no breeze. And the water temperature for all the attractions (except Shark Reef) is maintained at about 80.
I wouldnt want to go if the air temp was 75 degrees. However, we promised (still dont know what we were thinking) the children we would take them to a water park if the air temp was above 75 degrees. We are scheduled for Dec 9th 17th. If the temps are above 75, I guess DH and I will do rock, scissors, paper to decide who has to get in the water with the kids.
We went 2 weeks ago with temps in the upper 70's...it was fine. Then again, we're also from Wisconsin. We picked the warmest day we were going to have on our trip and went then. The remainder of our trip, the highs were only in the 60's, so there was NO WAY we were going then. The water is heated, so we found it quite enjoyable. I guess the biggest factor as far as I'm concerned is the wind. If it's windy, the breeze will send a chill through you really quickly. So, I guess I'd go if the temps were mid-70's and there wasn't going to be a significant wind to deal with.
