TL Question

I see that TL is open until 7 during Easter week. At such a busy time, are we better off getting there first thing in the morning or going around 3 and hoping the crowd has lessened by then. Thanks.

Can't tell you about your crowd strategy, but I can tell you that after 3 you'll only pay a $3 deposit for a locker and get $2 of that back instead of the $7 deposit you'd pay prior to 3. This wasn't posted anywhere in the park, but when we went one day around 3:15, the CMs told us. Hopefully it stays the same

We've always gone early to the waterparks (well, all of Disney for that matter ) While the parks do thin out some, they really didn't thin out that much until around dinner. We prefer to head in early, stay for half a day or so, then head back into one of the themeparks at night for dinner and to catch the fireworks or parades.

Personally, I hate the water parks and my main reason is that if you go in the morning, you have time to get one (maybe two, if you're lucky) slides in before it's so packed. I refuse to wait more than 20 minutes for a 50 second water slide. Give me the resort pool anyday. That being said, (as I lay my curmudgeonly attitude aside) I think that you may be better going at 3:00. In general, I think the parks start to empty around that time, and from what I've read on the DIS, this seems to be the quiter time.

We have done the water parks a few times in the winter. Even though offical sunset maybe later, the shadows get longer and it gets a few degrees cooler after 3:30pm. Just a thought. May not be a problem in April but it is in Feb.

I would highly reccommend going in the afternoon. Most people have left the park by 3 pm and you can almost walk on every slide. Now it might be a little different for Easter but I dont think you would have to much of a problem.
