TL kiddie area questions -toddlers

We plan to spend a day or two at the water parks (primarily TL). DD 18months (32 inches tall) really enjoys the water and we know that there is a kiddie area for her. Here are my questions:

Will she be required to wear a life vest?

Can she go on the slides in Katchakiddie creek? Or is there a height requirement?

Can she go in the wave poolarea with us (shallow entry area)?

Can she go on the lazy river with us or is there a height restriction?

Can't give you much help as haven't visited TL with a toddler (it will be our first time with our toddler in Oct, so also have some queries). I can, however, recommend you visit allears.net as they have a great section on height restrictions for everything on the Disney property. Come to think about it, I'm sure if you hunted around this DIS site away from the forums, you will probably get answers to height restrictions. Hope that helps.

Okay, we zipped over to TL yesterday for a few hours so I'll give your ?'s a shot.

The life jackets are free to borrow (at the shop by the lockers) so I'd get one for the lazy river and the wave pool.

She can do the slides at the kiddie area. Several slides are like playground slides with mist sprays, there are two that are longer and more like wet cement (some kids, mostly little boys, zoom down these and some have trouble getting down) and then there is a small water raft ride. I'd use the life jacket on the water raft ride, just in case.

Yes, she can go in the wave pool--as deep as you feel comfortable taking her. She can also go in the lazy river and they have some floats with bottoms for smaller kiddos.
