Can you use the TIW card for Candlelight Processional and Fantasmic Dinner Packages?

No, the CP does not accept the TIW. I tried it in December.
Don't know about Fantasmic, sorry.

You can't get the TIW discount with the Fantasmic Dinner Package, unless that policy has changed since I did the FDP in 05/2011.

Ditto to the above, TIW discount applies to Fantasmic dinner except for its usual restriction -- it cannot be used on a holiday and thus cannot be used for a Fantasmic dinner on a holiday.
