TIW Question

I have TIW, and I thought that if you dine somewhere in the park that takes the card, you can then go to Guest Services with your receipt and be reimbursed for the parking fee. Can anyone confirm this? The info sheet I got when I bought the card just mentioned free parking after 5:00pm.

It is only valet parking at a Resort that is complimentary.
