TIW for Outer Rim drink take out?

During our May "no kids" trip, we plan on taking advantage of restaurants and watering holes (we normally don't do restaurants with autistic DS13 -too overwhelming).

In the past, we have purchased drinks at the Outer Rim, then either went outside or went upstairs to our room.

Now that we will be using the TIW card, will they honor the card if we just order a couple drinks each and head outside, or will they only allow the discount if we're sitting? TIA!
