Can you only purchase this if you also purchase an AP? Or as a DVC member can you purchase it without an AP?

I thought you had to have an AP to be eligible to purchase it but I just read something that confused me.

Recently it was noted that you can purchase the TIW card if you are a DVC member. It costs $100 if you are a FL resident or a DVC member. If you have an AP, it costs $75.

I would assume that if you want to purchase it as a DVC member, you will need to show your blue DVC member card. But yes, a membership is available for $100 now (as opposed to $75 for annual passholders)
