What locations can TIW be used at Disney Springs?

Is Boathouse included ?

Is there a limit to number of people who can use discount at one sitting ?

This is subject to change. I believe you can use the card for up to 10 people. I don't think the Boathouse honors TIW at this time but they do give a discount for AP holders as well as DVC.
