TIW at CRT

With having to pre-pay at Cinderella's Royal Table, how do you use the Tables in Wonderland program? (Did a search, but didn't find anything.)

You have 2 options:

1. Call to book CRT (don't use internet booking). Give the CM your TiW card. Instant discount!

2. Book online and pay full price. After you eat, give the CM your TiW card at Cindy's. You will get a partial refund

I'm not 100% sure about #2 since I've always done #1, but I think I've read about others who have.

We have eaten at CRT twice since getting our TIW card. Both times I booked online and paid full price ( I didn't want to loose the time slot). I called shortly after making my online booking and told them I had a TIW card and asked for my discount. They refund me the whole amount then rebook it with the discount. my conformation number changes but both times I've done it I still got to keep my original time slot. They also ask to see the TIW card at the table as well!
