Titanic Experience--How Long?

Does anyone know how long it would take to do the tour at the Titanic Experience? DD is very interested in it and I'd love to surprise her. I just don't know where I can fit it in.

I walked it in an hour with no problem by myself during a business trip. Got there about 8 PM, it was empty. I did not get to hear all of the guides do their section though. Had a coupon from the hotel for ??? 8 bucks off or something like that, so it was 12 to get in. Was worth the cost for even that short time.

I do this a lot when traveling for work, I may only have a little bit of time at the end of the day, but chances are I'll never go back to see this kind of stuff. Been lucky at a few museums walking in late and them not charging or stumbling in on a function and just blending in and grubbing free drinks or food .

It depends too on how interested you are in the subject matter. I have been interested in Titanic history for years, even before the wreck was discovered, so artifacts and things like that really catch my interest. The guides - not so much. There were a few times that I really wanted to step in and say "No, no, it didn't happen like that!" but overall, it was a good experience. I think I spent at least a couple hours there.

If you've just seen the movie, and have a mild interest in the subject, an hour or so will probably be plenty.
