We ordered Tiscali Broadband which should have up and running on 7th March. On checking our order progress there is a 'problem' - don't know what - and they've told us to keep checking our e-mails for updated reports (haven't had a single one) not very impressed, I wish companies wouldn't promise to keep you updated and then not do it. I wouldn't mind so much if they kept in touch. Anyone else having delays?

Go take a running jump.....couldn't do without my BT Broadband now.........and Tesco are still chasing me for £77. See them in court 

The positive thing to come out of this is that on checking that they hadn't taken any money on my credit card is I found there was a fraudulent use of my card and I've had to cancel it. If I hadn't found our yesterday it would have been another two weeks before the statement came by which time there could have been more money missing, so although Tiscali customer service is appalling I've got to thank them in a strange king of way.
