Only 2 things I might add: 1) if your plane is scheduled to land after 4pm Orlando time, consider whether you really want to put the Magical Express tags on your bags. Especially if you are flying in on an international flight. Budget at least 3-4 hrs (or possibly more, depending on volume at the airport) for Express to get your bag in your room. If you have had an early dark-thirty departure, figuring in time zones, you may decide to NOT put the Disney Magical Express sticker tags on your checked bags before you get on the plane and just go to the carousel and pick those bags up on your own before heading to the Magical Express Bus. 2) While the Orlando Airport is easy and simple for locals to understand, the ground transport level is still confusing & nasty for visitors to wrap their minds around. You must be in the right airport side (think it is the B side) to then take the elevator/escalator down to the Disney Magical Express. Sadly, many international flights have their baggage carousel on the A side. Don't be afraid to ask airport personnel for directions. Even in the shops and the restaurants. Orlando airport staff are very helpful and will point you in the right direction. Just duck into a shop and ask if you aren't certain. Most veteran WDW visitors understand there is no easy way to get from A to B side on Ground Level. Unfortunately, most first and second timers still look for that straight walkway.
