Tips on how to keep warm in winter at DLRP

I popped into an outdoor shop today to have a look and the disposable thin ones seem to be the best for us.
I think we're only going to use them in gloves or when we go for lunch we'll either have v hot feet or have to take shoes off to get them out and I don't think other diners would appreciate that!

The bloke in the shop also said you don't leave them in the whole time, so me and my daughter will probably share a pair each day.
