Tips on how to get a beaches and cream adr!

Hey everyone! I wanting to book an adr for beaches and cream for 5 people around 5pm ish for our Epcot day! My trips in may(so plenty of time), but I've been keeping my eye out for the trends and there seems to be nothing available except 10:45 and beyond! Anyone have tips to get the reservation? Or will I just rely on luck and checking every day!

Are you staying on-site for a few days? Trying to get it at 60 + 3 or 4 might help. It's just a small place, even after an expansion a few years ago. Not that many tables. Even less tables for parties of 5 or 6. Good luck!

If the system says no tables for five, be sure to check for a party of six. The ADR booking system doesn’t like odd numbers! There’s no penalty for showing up with only five. Or once you book the ADR for six, later on you can probably modify it down to five, but that’s not necessary.

What is amazing is that on our last two trips to WDW, although we couldn’t get ADRS beforehand, when we got to WDW, there were lots of ADRS available. It seems like Beaches and Cream is one lots of people take then cancel. And on my last solo trip, I tried a walk-up one day and only waited about 10 minutes

Just got back from WDW last night ( a week stay). When our window opened for ADR's, I noticed it went fast. Only very late evenings available. Note: we weren't looking to book it, just noticed it. But once there, ADR's did become available. Lots of choices. Good luck.

I didn't realize Beaches & Cream was such a hot item. I go in July and the only ADR I could get for 6 people on July 24th was at 7:55. I wanted something a little earlier. When my window opened I booked all my other ADRs first thinking they would go out quicker, (Oga's, Arkershus, Hoopdeedoo). We are going to Beaches & Cream because it's my sons birthday that day and he's always wanted to go, but every review I've seen said it's a poor choice for ddp and the food is mediocre. So I figured I would have a good bit of choices the day my window opened. I booked it maybe 10 mins after it open after all my other ADRs and was so shocked to see only late night spots available. I've checked every day since. I can go into the system right now and still have plenty of availability for Akershus & Ogas. My mind is kinda blown. haha.

I went with my 6-year-old last week and really enjoyed it. My burger was good, our sundae was huge and yummy, and even though she’s finicky, she actually ate like 5 different things there (grapes, watermelon, fries, tater tots, hot dog). It’s not fine dining, but for us it hit the spot, as did the root beer float i got from their takeout window the next day!

I never knew you could get a sundae from the takeout window-No Way Jose Sundae, here I come!! I've never felt comfortable about making an ADR, then having only the NWJ Sundae.

We've never been, but its always been on our to-do to get a kitchen sink and figured it would be the perfect time to do so with my son's birthday. I'm excited about it cause my favorite thing is icecream, to the point where my family will make fun of me for loving it so much, even though my son shares my interests. haha.
When I was doing my research on ADR strategies, everything I read made it seem like it wasn't really a hot ticket ADR. so I was just shocked lol. Hoping I can get an earlier reservation so we can possibly do the HS afterhours event.

This makes sense! Looking through the whole month of July (just out of curiosity's sake) only times available are like 10:55pm. Fingers crossed i can grab an earlier time!

Perhaps you can't. I assumed that because someone said "You can get any Sundae except the Kitchen Sink Sundae". However, I admit that I've never known anyone who got a No Way Jose Sundae there. Can anyone tell me for sure whether you can or not?

I believe this is current - we were there last week and that’s what it looked like. But for all I know, they do allow you to order things that are not on the menu..

When we were there in Oct. 2017, No Way Jose not on the to-go menu. However, it could be ordered from the to-go window. Just smaller in size. We were told its secret menu that's not so secret.
