Dear disney forum members

can you give me your invaluable tips of how to make the most of rainy days at DLRP so as not to miss all the fun and excitement of the place.

Thank you all

2 days and counting!!!!!!!!!!!

A large proportion of Disneyland Resort Paris was constructed with rainy weather in mind so yoyu will keep dry, even when queuing, on most attractions.

Aside from going between attractions, when I'd recommend one of the DLRP ponchos, I don't thuink youe enjoyment will be affected.

Pirates of the Caribbean is always a fun place to hang out in less favourable weather, what with the tropical atmosphere and temperature on the ride and in the queuing area.

The arcades on either sie of main street are always useful in the rain :thumbsup2
You can go from main street all the way to the other end of the park without hardly getting wet.

Well, there is a dry-trail from on side of the parc to the other side. It was draw in old maps. I have this scanned map with some text written in spanish, but I guess it could be useful.

As you can see, you can move from the Discoveryland gate to Pirates of the Carribean / Peter Pan Bulding without geeting soaked. Some parts of the trail are a little bit hidden.

As well as the above tips :thumbsup2 we always head straight for the Studios when its raining.

Most of the shows (and their waiting areas) are inside and nice and warm.

The Art of Disney Animationis always a plcae for the kids to hang out for a few hours too :goodvibes

Good waterproofs and waterproof footwear.

Then just enjoy splashing in the puddles.

On our last trip in December it rained really heavily almost every day, not all day but for part of it, but this did not stop our fun. My DD and I walked around jumping in puddles and singing "If your'e happy in the rain stamp your feet...." Not only did this make us feel good it also brought smiles to the faces of many of the other people who saw us.

You can also shelter in any shop and most queues for the rides are covered.

ive just come back from a 5 day trip and it rained on a couple of days. we just bought one of those lovely bright yellow ponchos. Everyone was wearing them so you didn't look too daft and we just carried on.

Even though it rained it was still very hot. I actually got sunburnt on our trip.
