Tips for keeping Dry...

With all the rain in the west and we are leaving in a week for DL, I was wondering what tips you may have for keeping dry while exploring the parks.

How many pairs of shoes and what type of shoe would be best? If it does rain I am sure we will have ponchos and umbrellas.

i ended up putting on two pairs of socks with a plastic bag layer in between the two ... helped a bit.
