Tips for characters?

Any tips for seeing Characters in the parks?

Check the daily times guide each morning, it will give you an idea of who to find where. An example would be "Pooh & Friends from 11:00am to 5:00pm Critter Country", so you would know it would be Pooh, just not sure if it would also be Tigger or Eeyore or piglet.

Ask at City Hall for a specific character and they should be able to tell you a time and place.

Try a character meal. You'll get princesses at Ariels. Minnie and friends at Minne's (we also saw Chip, Dale, Tigger, Capatin Hook, and the Fairy Godmother). Goofy's kitchen will have an assortment as well, including Goofy and Pluto. Not sure about Mickey's. When we went it was Lilo and Stitch's breakfast. Storyteller's will have Chip & Dale (we also saw Koda, Kenai, Terk, & Meeko).

Just keep your eyes open - they are everywhere! Another great place to meet characters is at the Drawn to the Magic show at DCA. It's a cute show and there is a little meet and greet afterward.

This is the best way to go if you are looking for a specific character from the "not to be missed" list.

This also kind of depends on if you want to MEET them and get autographs and photos with them or just SEE them and snap a picture. If you want to just see a bunch of characters, then catch a parade! They feature a lot of them! Our daughter enjoys the characters but is sometimes afraid (even of her favorites) when they are up close, so it's also a nice option for parents of small children, too. Also saves the time of waiting in lines, as many characters have a long wait to meet them!
