Tipping

I know this has been done before but I forget. I want to talk about tipping at BWV, VWL and BCV. What do you tip? I set up 3 types and you can vote multiple times:

Just parking the car (0, $2, $4 and $5 or more)
Bringing up the luggage (0, $5, $10, $2 per bag, $15 or more)

Hmm, I didn't vote, because at OKW we park our own car right in front of our door and tote our own luggage, because it's easier than waiting for it.

I don't think I could do $2 per bag because we usually drive with kids and have about 20 little bags.

I tend to tip big only because I'm so grateful not to have to lug the bags myself.

How about tipping for maid service? They don't really do anything until after we leave and we do pay maintenance. Does anyone tip for this?

The line at the top reads pick the one that is closest, so I didn't realize you could pick more than one. And for some reason I rarely read the post that goes along with the poll - Of course, I read it afterward this time - because of time.

I didn't vote because there were no choices that were all that close to what I'd want to document. I usually tip $2 when I pick up the car, more if it's raining or something special going on. I don't usuallly tip on drop off unless it's raining or they do something extra. Bags depends on how many, what type. Usually $5 min and min of $1 per real back, usually more like $2 per bag unless it's a lot. Again, I don't tip when they get the bags but at delivery ineither direction. All items conform to usually tipping standards.

I always leave a tip for maid service. Remember, the same people who clean up after you leave cleaned up before you got there.
