Tipping

We are having an Escape VR on February 7th. Just making sure I have everything accounted for before we leave home! I know I have seen a thread on the boards regarding tipping, who and how much...but I can't seem to locate it now. Who do we tip (wedding coordinator, pastor, limo driver....) and what is the going rate (20%)? I am having my hair and makeup done by the Disney spas and I believe that the gratuity is included in the price for that. Any helpful "tips" you could give me would be greatly appreciated!
