Tipping !!

Ok, am I the only one who thinks a tip jar at Subway or Quizno's is crazy ?? I mean these people are making at least minumim wage and are just doing their jobs...it's not like they are going out of their way to service you or something !! I understand those professions where they make less money because tips are an expected part of their job. But Subway ??!?!

That to me is like a tip jar at the Santa booth at the mall...

Wait my table and you can have a tip...because waiters(tresses) do not earn minimum wage, they HAVE to make up the difference in tips...
