Tipping???

Hi everyone. we are getting ready to leave for Disney in 19 days. I'm so excited. This is probably a silly question but what percentage do we tip at the disney restaurants? We are on the dining plan and last year when we went it was all included. I'm from Canada so I have no idea what the percentage rate is there
