Tipping while using DDP

I was wondering if you need cash to tip with DDP or if you can use your Key to the World. Also, for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) what should we tip?

We always charge the tip to our room with the KTTW card. In the amount blank, we usually write "Dining plan + $15 tip" or something like that just to make it clear.

As for how much, the $$ amount of the meal will be on the receipt even though you are paying with credits, so just the standard 15-20% is what most people tip, or at least what is expected.
