I don't remember the gratuity box the last time we ordered two years ago.... for adding a tip that is split three ways between shoppers, pickers, and delivery drivers.

I know they also charge a delivery fee as well. Should I base the tip on the total like when we go out to eat?? Should it be 20% of the total order amt.???? Thanks .

I know everyone is different...My order was about $200 and I added $20 on to my order online, and then when the driver came to the door I gave him another $10 because he was so courteous and went through every single item with me. I felt it wasn't enough because of their wonderful service, but we were on a budget. I know others would say that $20 is too much or too little. I wish I could have given more.

I have a feeling we will not be there when the order is delivered. They will leave it with bell services.

This did occur, too, on our most recent trip (we used GG two times). We then gave the tip to bell services when they brought the groceries to our room, but cut it down to $5 for them.

Enjoy your trip!

I tipped online and will tip bell services too. We didn't get too much... spent about 85 bucks and that does buy much these days. LOL
