Tipping when is it automatically add paying in cash

I tried to used the search but couldn't get it to work.

We will have 6 in our party. three on the deluxe plan and three on the basic plan. Will tip be automatic with a party of 6 (4 adults, 2 children)?

Would it be easier to pay via cash for tipping and any additional charges on the dining plans?

Yes, you will have an automatic tip of 18% added to your bills. The 18% will be pre-tax.

It's easier for your server if you charge the extra expenses to your KTTW card (per a Disney server's friend who is on this board) . However, paying cash is fine too. Just present your cash with your KTTW card to the server when you are given your bill. They can scan the card for the credits and get your change for you.
