Tipping the DCL bus driver?

We were wondering if you tip the DCL bus driver? We are being transported from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral.

We did, and he gave a little description of where we were headed etc, etc, and then let us know that tips were appreciated. I did not like the direct approach, but we tipped anyway...

I always thought the gratuity was included, that is why Disney transport is about $40.00pp/rt than taking a RCL bus to the pier.

We have been on the DCL bus a few times and there was always a tip can upfront...we always leave about 2 bucks.
