we are flying to day. Southwest says to drop mother off with the luggage at the drop off and then park the car.

so I am doing that.

they also say that sky cap will have her a wheelchair and they will push it.

so what is the tip? is it $5 or $10 per airport?

We have tipped as low as $2 and as high as $10
Things that we take into consideration:
How they treated us, how far the push is to the gate
Did we haev to wait long after getting off the plane.

When we tipped $2 we found ourselves with no cash so thats all we had to give. we typically tip $5 each time.

I vary the tip with how far the push is. One thing that really bugged me recently was the insistance of some that they "had to" push DW up and down the jetway. This depended on the airport. I resent begin told I can't push my wife's chair and then having to tip someone.
