We're doing the four day cruise with two adults, a paying child and an infant. Do I tip everyone as a family of four and include the infant? Also, should I tip the babysitters at flounders?

If it were me, would include the infant for tipping purposes - especially for the stateroom host, who may have to do a lot more work in the room (ie, empty diapers out of the wastebasket, set up and take down the porta-crib, etc.)

As for tipping in Flounders, the counselors are not allowed to accept cash tips (unless you offer and they refuse three times, I think). A lot of people who feel that one or a few counselors went above and beyond for their child, will offer a non-cash tip, such as a phone card or gift card to a local store.

Hope you have a great time.
