tipping question

Does anyone know how many have tobe in the party when they add the gratuity automatically?? and do they include infants in that if they do not eat?

I believe at Chef Mickey's if there are 8 or more in the party then tip/gratuity is included. I'm not sure if that is the policy at all of the restaurants though.

Also, I believe children under 3 eat free at restaurants. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
