I just booked my cruise, first ever. I am doing tons of reading now and have seen the recommended tip schedule and have noted that it is on a per person basis. Well, would that still hold true for children too. I can understand paying those rates for an adult, but would I also figure those rates for my 6 yr old dd and 2 yr old ds? Sorry if this is a repeat question, but I am curious to know the answer...

Thanks

The tips include the children, too. Our server, Leo, probably worked twice as hard for them and kept them entertained between courses by showing them how to fold napkins. Ceasar, our assistant server, also had extra work cleaning up after them.
I am sure that cleaning a cabin with two kids is more work than 4 adults, but Jeff did a fantastic job of keeping us straight.
I am usually frugal,(read cheap) and planned on tipping the minimum amount, but by Monday on our 7-day, we were trying to figure how much more to tip Leo, Ceasar, and Jeff.
