Tipping question

We bought new appliances through GE's online store and for delivery it is farmed out to a local store . Our washer and dryer came last week and the dryer was cracked and we didn't notice until the guys were already down the street. We tipped them, all they did was hook up the washer and brought the dryer in. Well today a different store (Home Depot) is bringing me a replacement dryer. Do I need to tip them too? I did pay a delivery charge when I bought them.

I do believe you should tip, even though it's a replacement.
