Tipping on Drink Orders

We used the dining plan the week before Christmas. When we ordered alcoholic drinks at Jiko and the California Grill, the bill came with an 18% tip already included. Does anyone know if this is a regular practice at the WDW restaurants?

I know that its standard practice in resort areas of Florida. I know when we go to Miami and Delray Beach, its added in there too.

When I was there in October, I had the dining plan and when I ordered any drink that wasn't included (even bottled water) it came with an 18% tip already included.
