Okay I know it has been asked and answered about 100times but I can't find any of the threads. How much per day do you usually tip housekeeping?

If you choose to tip Mousekeeping, it seems $1 per person per day, left daily, is the thing to do, according to this board.

Tipping however is not required, since Disney does not list them as a tipped position.

we leave $2 per day (for 2 also non-messy) adults

$5 a day for two neat adults and one 3 y/o. We seem to get lots of towel animals too!

I generally leave $2.00 or $3.00 per day. If I make special requests or receive special service, I leave $5.00 or $6.00 that day.

the newsletter you get when you check in at POR lists luggage people, bartenders, waiters and waitresses and or servers as the people you are expected to tip

I think our usual for tipping is probably $5-7 for 2 adults and 2 teens, were non-messy also. Depends really, we tip the later more when the housekeepers give is extra towels, can't have enough towels!!

nice, considerate question.

We spent last week at POFQ, and tried to tip $5 a day for a non-messy family of four.

I left the tip in a marked envelope -- it was taken the first 4 days, then left the last 3.....any idea why? Just a different housekeeper?
