Tipping Mk At Pop

I WAS WONDERING HOW MUCH TO TIP MK AT POP CENTURY AND DO YOU LEAVE THE TIP THAT MORNING BEFORE YOU LEAVE I HOPE THEY LEAVE CUTE TOWEL DECORATIONS. PLEASE HELP W/ ANY INFO!!

I think most people plan for $1 or $2 per person in the room. And they leave it in an envelope specifically marked for mousekeeping. But just know that towel animals are not a guarantee even if you tip.

There is two of us and we tipped $4.00 each day. We would leave it in the room each morning before leaving for the parks.

I usually leave $3.00 per day on the table. $1.00 a person, cheap, you may say, but I do a lot of cleaning in our room because I don't think it's right for someone else to clean up after my kids. So basically the MK just makes the beds and vaccuums. Keep in mind that tipping daily does not guarantee towel animals. You can leave your tip at the end of your stay, also. It really is up to you, and if the MK decides to leave towel animals. I got 2 last year, and left them there. I did take a picture of them, though!! We put them in the window for others to enjoy as they walked past.

We leave an envelope each morning. I didn't know if the same mousekeeper did our room all week, so I thought it was more fair to do it daily. The kids decorate the envelopes (they're teens now and still do it.) One trip when we didn't get animals, I left a note on the envelope asking for them ~ we got 'em!

We had a really nice girl working our room and she often did extra things for us - towel animals, stickers, etc....

haven't stayed at POP yet but i usually leave $5 each morning in a decorated disney envelope at any resort i stay at. as another poster stated, i am not sure if it is the same person each day so i leave one each day. sometimes MK doesn't take it though. i always offer it though. i too have left them messages requesting extra towels or extra coffee (at other resorts) and have always had success.

I leave $1 per day per person except the last trip when I went solo. Then I left $2 a day. I got two towel animals, put them in my window and left them there at the end of my stay. One time a couple years ago I took one of the towel animals home to my mom. She still has it .

We leave a $5. per day in an envelope for the MK. They always do such a cute job with our kids stuffed animals while we are out at the parks each day.

I have made up envelopes already for each day. I put $5 in each envelope. There is 4 of us staying in the room, and I am pretty good about keeping the place straightened up while we are there, so they should n't have to do much.

I do hope they do some towel animals for us, b/c my kids would get a kick out of that!

I think that many do not speak/read fluent English...I had left a note asking for extra towels (on top of the Mousekeeping Envelope, mind you!) and had to end up calling MK after we returned to the room to get them! To boot, we were there for 7 nights and did not receive even 1 towel animal!! I tipped $5 each of those nights...kind of peeved, but did not let it ruin my trip or make me too bitter.
