Tipping in room babysitter...how much?

Hi All!

I have All About Kids booked for my upcoming trip..can't wait to have a night out with hubby! It will be our first time going out to dinner alone in WDW! Love my babies (7 & 2) but I think it will be SOOO nice to have some adult time in WDW! How perfect! Anyway, I know what the hourly rate is for the babysitter...just wondering what you all typically "tip" the sitter. I know that they get paid an hourly rate but a tip would be appreciated. So lets say we are out for 6 hours...what would be a nice tip?

I do nanny service at a 5 star resort and I usually receive a $20.00 tip per job!!!

Oh good ..thanks! Is that considered a good tip? I want to make sure I give the sitter enough.
