tipping front desk?

how much do you tip the front desk person? like when you check in or get something from guest services? also how much do you tip when you pick up your packages that you had sent over from the park?

We have never tipped those folks.

We tip our restaurant servers, housekeeping, and folks that handle our luggage.

Things may have changed since we were last at DW in 2001, but our packages were also delivered directly to our room while we were not there. I also do not tip the front desk unless they do something out of the ordinary.

Our packages were also put in the room when we were not there. We have never tipped the front desk people or guest services.

They no longer deliver packages to your room, you have to pick them up at the resort gift shop.

I think we tip pretty much everybody except the front desk people.

I have never tipped a front desk clerk at check-in, though I sometimes feel guilty about not doing so if they give you a free room upgrade w/o you even asking for it. (Granted, that probably happens much more often in Vegas than Orlando)
