Tipping for transfer of bags

We will be moving from RPR to PBH on the 26th July, our room might not be ready, so the hotel will be moving our luggage, we are thinking of going to Clearwater for the day, so who do we give the tip to ,as we probably will not be there when they move them, and is it $1 a bag or extra on top.
