Tipping for Lansky driver?

I have booked Lansky to provide transportation to and from the Disneyland resort. The invoice says that a gratuity is not included. But the next line says a gratuity is not expected. If you have used this service, do you tip or not? This service is more expensive so I was thinking that the tip was automatically included, but now I am not so sure.

If a tip is still expected, how much would you tip?

I used them last year and tipped both ways. My driver was on time, vehicle clean and they drove safe. Also they looked good too/ clean and groomed. I tipped at least $20 but can't remember exactly. My trip to dl we stopped at the beach first and he waited for us. I think I tipped more because he was so reassuring that we could take as much time as we wanted and would be close if needed. I paid extra for that but I still felt driver should be tipped more because we had him 2 hours.

By the way I am using them again next month.

I used them twice, once in 2014 and once in 2015, and at that time it said gratuity was included. We still did tip the driver because it was really good service. I think we tipped $15-$20 each way.

We used Lansky last week. Our driver Lee was very helpful and efficient. We tipped him after each drop off.

Yes, we always tip about $20 each way. It used to say gratuity was included, but I noticed the wording has changed like you noted. We tipped anyway because they do such a good job!

Thanks all! I appreciate the advice and will plan to tip the driver both ways.

I appreciate this info. We will be using lansky for our next trip. Our driver was very nice last time but our reservation said tip was included so I want to make sure I tip properly this time.
