Tipping Bell Services

I understand tipping is nomally $1.00 per bag...but my question is this.

We are arriving via car service. Do we tip the person who takes our luggage from the car and holds it while we check in or just the person who delivers the luggage to our room?

Also, when checking out, do you accompany the bell services person down to your car? Or do they pick it up and meet your at the front to greet your car service?

Due to the times of our flights and wanting to utilize the 1/2 grocery stop car services allow, we are not using ME on this trip.

You tip both $1-2 per bag--more for really large or heavy bags. As an FYI, I don't consider a bag of groceries as a single bag. If I've got ten bags of groceries, I consider that a $5 tip. If I've got a case of beer with the groceries, that would be a $2 tip for the case though.

As long as the car service is there waiting, let them know and they will take it right to the car.

Most of the tipping guides suggest just tipping the bellhop that delivers your bags to your room. I don't know how the tips are pooled at Disney. I tip the bellhop that first takes my bag and the one that delivers it to my room but I tip each on the low side, $1/ bag rounded up a little. I'll tip the bellhop that delivers my bags a little more if he takes the extra time to do things like tell me where the ice machine is.
