Tipping at off-site rentals?

If you stay at an off site condo or house where the cleaning service comes after you leave, do you tip them and if so, how much?

I never have. I figure the cleaning fee is the full payment.

Cleaning service people don't need to be tipped. It's not the same situation as a maid for hotel rooms. This is my personal understanding.

I have never tip and often the house is cleaner when I leave then when I arrived.

I have never tipped, but I have stayed at rentals that left an envelope for a tip. I figured if I am paying a cleaning fee, I don't need to leave a tip too.
