Tip Question

I am doing the DDP, so my meals are paid for. I am trying to get tip envelopes ready for my trip and wondering how much I should tip for buffet restaurants. I will be going to Cape May, 1900 Park Fare, and Crystal Palace. I've not been to any of these, so I don't know how much waitress interaction I will recieve.
I am going solo if that makes a difference.

But, the answer is that you should pay 18% regardless if its a buffet or a la carte. At the bottom of your check, there will be 2 amounts suggested. 18% and 20% and they will give you the exact amount for each percentage. They base the % off of what the prices of the meals are, as if you were paying out of pocket...even though the meal price will come off of your dining card. If you are with a party of 6 or more, the 18% will automatically be added to your bill.

Unless you are a party of six or more, the amount you tip is left entirely up to you.
