Tip needed for parasailing?

Do you need to tip these guys, we are first time parasailors.

According to my DW who went up last summer, the boat she was on held 10 parasailers and no one tipped. I guess it is at your discretion, but these people are hired by Disney specifically for that excursion and they did not seem to expect to be tipped.
