Tip Included Question... Really doing the math!

Ok - I now understand how the tip is calculated with tables of 6 people or more on the DXDP. I am wondering if we can only elect having one or two appetizers and/or desserts at a table service? We will be eating with 7 most of the time and I was thinking this might lower our automatic tip of 18% (?) if we only have one appetizer/dessert for the meal rather than each of us choosing one. I can't imagine eating all of that anyway! Do children pick out an appetizer and dessert too? Thank you to anyone that can help.

Children must pick off the children's menu, where they can order three courses.

You can order or not order anything you wish. You are entitled to an appetizer and a dessert on the deluxe plan but that does not mean you MUST order them.

Thanks. That is what I thought but wanted to double check as we are on a budget.
