This Disneyland Plan Disney response from April 2025 says "Gratuities are also customary for VIP tours."
Here is another from January 2025. "The only places in the parks where tipping would be appropriate would be for your server or bartender if you are dining at table service locations. Another instance would be if you booked a VIP Tour for your park day."
