A quick tip for all Contact Lens wearers that know the pain of having to take out your lenses at night after a long day at the parks. Look into Night & Day contacts. They are FDA approved to be left in up to 30 consecutive nights. It is so nice to just be able to go to bed without having to take the lenses out at night, and not have to fumble around trying to get them back in in the morning when you're trying to make rope drop. I usually take mine out once a week but otherwise leave them in. They are more expensive than regular contacts, but I absolutely believe it is worth it.

I need to look into this for my DD who falls asleep in her daily wear lenses sometimes (which I do NOT understand as someone who wore them for 20+ years....the pain!) Thanks for the tip.
