Tiny meal suggestions?

Just wondering what some of you do for small meals through the day? I was told that I should have more, smaller meals (300 calories or less) and taper the meals through the day. What do you like for a small meal?

One thing I do like to do is take a cup of Vanilla Light and Fit Yogurt, pour it over some pineapple chunks, and add a few toaster almond slivers for crunch. Usually ends up at around 250 calories.

Thanks for any/all suggestions!
 
I have some things I keep in my desk to graze on throughout the day:

Almonds
Kashi bars (regular and Go Lean)
Lärabars
Dried fruit (unsweetened)
Apples

Basically anything that can sit in a drawer and not need refrigeration.
 
soup
egg white omelet
yogurt with cereal
fruit
small salad
1/2 sandwich
smoothies

...or whatever your favorites are in smaller portions :thumbsup2
 
i'm lucky to have a fridge in my office but here are some of the things i munch on...

apples and (natural) peanut butter
hummus and small whole wheat pita
100 cal pack of popcorn and string cheese
cottage cheese and grapes
make-my-own trail mix with kashi cereal and unsalted nuts
