Is my dd too tall for a princess costume from Tink's? She is wearing a size 12 but heading into a 14.

Does anyone know how high the sizes go?

If not, is there any way to contact the shop directly?

We have our PS at Cindy's all lined up for her birthday breakfast and had planned to purchase costumes for both of our girls the day before. She will be heartbroken if her sister can be a princess and she can't.
Please help!

The large size is 10/12. That is as big as I recall seeing them.

Oh no! This just won't do! She's only 9 years old. I just can't understand why they would stop the costumes at 10/12. She is a bit tall for her age (4' 9") but there must be other little girls her size who want to dress up as princesses.
Thanks for the link. I did try but I don't see any princess costumes on the site at all. I will try dialing the number for WDW Mail Orders, but not until after 6 when my long distance rates go down :D

Just when you think you've done all of the planning humanly possible, something like this comes up. I just don't know what I'll do. She'll be so disappointed.

Does anyone have another suggestion?

Why don't you search on the internet. Search for the princess she likes ex: princess: "Cinderella costume" If she is that tall, she may be able to wear an adult small. princess:

My 8yr old daughter is 4'8" with a size 4 foot. She loves to dress-up and is as frustrated a I am that costumes are hard to find for her.

I found a nice selection of costumes on Ebay. Many are handmade and have a larger selection of sizes...both for a taller/larger girl and a petite woman.

I wouldn't wait until Orando to start looking.

Good luck,
Jeannine

Hi

Try Lillian Vernon online, they may have costumes and i think they run a little larger, you can try calling their 800 number too if they don't have it online, i bet they can ship it express or overnite if you want them too. They carry adult costumes too at Halloween so may have something left in stock. GOod luck.
