Tinkerbell Meet&Greet Temporarily Closed

So I've been noticing on MDE and TourPlans Line App that the Tinkerbell Meet&Greet has been 'going down' temporarily in the afternoons... I've seen this multiple times.

Are there any cast members or insiders who can tell us how a Meet and Greet 'can go down' -

I can see the Talking Mickey going down due to technical problems, but the Tinkerbell has no technology involved does it?

If Tink only has 2 CM friends, it’s probably down for the lunch breaks. Other meets, where only 2 friends are involved, are usually down for 30-45 minutes.

This is the 'off' season, so that could be whats going on - while in busier times... the schedule more Cast Members so it doesn't have to go down for breaks and lunch.

And if it’s been down around the timing for FoF (sometime between 2:30 - 4:30), it’s because a “friend” needs to head over to FoF.

Just go sometime in the morning as it appears to only be down for a short while in the afternoons.
