I found my answer on another site.

Log into your movie rewards account and enter the code GIFT, it brings you right to the page where you link to print the coupon. Internet Explorer seems to work best. (Those using Firefox etc. seem to have trouble printing)

My cousin went in and got the deal this afternoon, I went this evening and they wouldn't let me have it, said I couldn't combine promotions, what promotion, it was a SALE. I'll go back later and try again.
