Tinker Bell & friends at 1900 Park Faire (unconfirmed, possibly a rumor)

Word is going around the Internet, on forums from various Disney websites such as WDWMagic and InterCOT, that 1900 Park Fare will change characters to include Tinker Belle, coming in the spring of 2006!

However, this is VERY unconfirmed, and very likely is just a rumor. Also, I have heard conflicting reports about which meal she will appear, having heard breakfast from one source, dinner from another.

Anyone heard about this? If so, do you have any first hand info?

I've also heard quite a bit about this after asking about Tink at character meals - part of me would love to have a piccie with her....part of me thinks it might be strange having a face character for Tink - I mean what is she going to say?!

I don't know which meal it is likely to be - I know I would prefer it for breakfast!

Search this board and there are a few threads on this. I guess there was a podcast talking about it being at 1900 Park Faire for breakfast as early as April 06. Rumors were that the characters would be Flora, Fauna, Meriweather, Blue Fairy from Pinocchio as well.

I WOULD LOVE THAT!! Oh my! That would be the best . We are going April 6-13 so maybe, just maybe it would happen by then. I wonder if I should make PS for b'fast at Park Fare just in case .

I think it would be weird if she did - but then, how would you have a face character that was mute?

i think they could certainly do tink as a face charater and not have her talk. they would have to have her hooked up to bells of some sort, in her costume or just with her holding them or something and have her communicate that way. What made tink so cool was her facial expressions.

how hard would that be as a CM though - teaching yourself not to talk or move your lips (as if to speak, but not make any sounds) when spoken to or asked direct questions. just smile or make other facial expressions and ring your bells. that would be tough to train.

Me too! I just made ADRs for June 25th at 10:40 am. The CM said she "had no clue" whether they were changing the characters or not.
